The CRM publisher Easiware has just compiled 10 astonishing figures from its “Customer Services KPIs Benchmark” into an infographic. Among the worrying findings, 27% of companies Whatsapp Number simply do not measure the performance of their customer advisors… The road to the famous “ customer delight ” so often advocated in recent times still seems long in view of the few figures illustrated in this infographic.
